Missing evidence remains unknown. It is not silently converted into a failing score.
The public Decision Center is a frozen lookup
Version 7 exposes a compact lookup of the exact L0 recommendation corpus: 11,200 scenarios across 14 use cases, five budgets, five traffic bands, four proxy types and eight geographies. The browser does not recompute provider ranking.

Evidence coverage is not provider quality
Provider pages show source-backed, captured-but-unprovenanced, ambiguous and unknown fields. Those statuses describe evidence integrity. They are not a global ranking.
Pricing must be source-backed
Pricing is displayed from the canonical normalized model only when it has an acceptable public citation. ProxyClarity does not invent missing bulk tiers or extrapolate beyond stored tiers. If a canonical record contains a placeholder/manual citation, the public page holds that citation for review instead of presenting it as a valid source.
Verification and deals do not buy ranking position
Provider verification has Match Score weight 0. Deals have weight 0. Community discovery and qualitative review intelligence are kept distinct from ProxyClarity technical measurement.
Freshness stays visible
Evidence can age. A stale or review-due label is a research-integrity signal and does not automatically subtract ranking points.
Corrections
Providers and users can submit primary-source corrections to contact@proxyclarity.com. Corrections are reviewed as evidence updates, not ranking requests.
